Frequently Asked Questions About Naps Gear Products and Delivery


Q: How and where do you ship your products?
A: We ship anywhere in the world. You will receive your product in a plain, simple, discreet package.

Q: Where is my package being shipped from?
A: We ship both from Europe and domestically in the
United States (local delivery) and Canada. We recommend domestic service for US (local delivery)  and Canada customers, however if there is a product that is not on our domestic list you can always order direct from our Europe warehouse (international offer).

Q: I live in the US but I would rather use your international service because of the cheaper prices. Is that OK?
A: Absolutely. Internationally we ship from very favorable EU locations and our success rate to the US is close to 100%.

Q: How do I send the payment for my order?
A: We currently accept
Western Union  and Money Gram payments only . All necessary instructions is included with your order confirmation, which is sent to you immediately after placing your order.

Q: I still need detailed instructions on how to order from your website.
A:
1. Go to the website and select the products you want just like any other online shopping site.
2. When you go to check out, put in your shipping address and name, you will be given a total cost of the order. Make sure you put in a valid email address for yourself.
3. Once the order is complete you will be emailed your napsgear order tracking code, go to you email and retrieve it.
4. Go back to our website and put in the order code in the track my order box and press GO button.
5. Hit the payment info box and select Western Union payment method. You will be given names and locations of who can accept the money. Write down the information carefully and go send the funds at any WU office.
6. Log back to your napsgear order page using the same order tracking code and hit WU info button. Select the sender you sent the $ to. Put in the transfer #, and the amount in USD or EUR. Make sure you add the same sender name and address you used to fill WU papers.

Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Estimated delivery time for our shipment is 9-12 days for domestic service, and 15-20 for international service. Note: The delivery time may take additional 1-2 weeks especially in the holidays.

Q: Why my order status is semi-shipped? Is it because you are out of stock?
A: No. For your safety we deliver from different locations and thus in separate packages. Your order status will change to shipped very soon.

Q: I paid by WU, why my order status is still unpaid?
A: It normally takes 24 hours to process the payment. As soon as the funds are collected the order status will change to "paid".

Q: Do you have a refund policy?
A: Yes, we will reship 100% of the products lost in the mail system.

Q: Do I get a discount for large order?
A: Contact us with your order details please.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: All orders over $250.00 receive FREE shipping. For orders below $250 the shipping fee is $27.

Q: Is there a minimum order charge?
A: There is NO minimum order charge.
